ESENCIJA Williams Pear is a natural fruit brandy. Made exclusively from the Williams pear, using double distillation in traditional copper stills. The fruits, harvested when fully ripe, undergo controlled ripening conditions, resulting in a premium distillate with a full, characteristic, refined aroma and a long-lasting, pleasant taste that is unique to this exceptional pear variety. The distillate is further enhanced by aging it in the cellar for a minimum of three years in inert stainless steel tanks, where it acquires smoothness. It can be served as both an aperitif and a digestif, and it is best enjoyed slightly chilled at a temperature of 13-15°C.
